Mr. Toby is an indoor/outdoor kitty and living his best life sun gazing, bird watching, and exercising in our new home up in the mountains. We take daily walks together in our 1 acre backyard. We bonded immediately.
Rebecca has been around cats her whole life and is the proud pet mom of a cat named Luci-purr (Luci) and a chinchilla named Crona. When not helping at Ailurophile, Rebecca is a massage therapist working in Longmont who specializes in ashiatsu massage and also practices Taekwondo with her husband.
I am a life-long cat lover. I have always been smitten by their playful and curious nature, their stunning looks and most of all their “cat-itude”. After I retired from my job as an elementary school social worker, I started cat sitting. I did that for five years in Florida.

Even straight out of high school, Devra knew she wanted devote her career to the care and well-being of our furry friends: Devra earned her degree in equestrian studies in West Virginia before returning to California where she began her career in the field.
I have always loved cats and been owned by them all. My cats are my family and currently I reside with Tati and Tico (Los Espookys). These days, I live with a white, blue-eyed beauty who keeps me on my toes and reminds me daily how every cat has their own rhythm and language.
I’ve always been a cat person, and I currently share my home with three very special cats—Matzah and Frank, my two orange troublemakers, and Jax, a Norwegian Forest Cat who keeps everyone in line. Lovely to meet you! I’ve always been an animal lover, but as a kid my obsession was with whales and dolphins. My first pet was a sweet chow-chow mix from my grandparents named Tasha, and my second was a little red-haired guinea pig named Rosie. One year I came back from band camp to learn they’d both passed, and I didn’t have another pet for a long time. After returning home from grad school, my dad and I found a litter of four kittens with no mother to be found. Two were given away after a bit, and I raised the other two until I had to move away. I think this kind of kick-started my focused love for cats. Fastforward a few years when my husband and I were living in Brighton, CO, and someone told me they had a cat who needed to be an only child. We’d been talking about getting a cat “eventually” but this is just how the universe works with cats. Sometimes you suddenly just have one. And that’s how we got Lilli! We’ve had her for four years now and love her very much. And I truly love getting to meet everyone’s cats and caring for them when their people are out of town!
